a. Diameter reduction/expansion forming

The reducing forming process of the small head is to put the tube blank with the same diameter as the big end of the big head into the forming die, and press the tube blank along the axial direction to make the metal move along the die cavity and shrink forming. According to the size of the reducing pipe, it can be divided into one pressing forming or multiple pressing forming.

b. Stamping forming

In addition to using steel pipe as raw material to produce the size of the head, some specifications of the size of the head can also be produced by steel stamping process. The shape of the die used for drawing is designed according to the size of the inner surface of the head, and the steel plate after blanking is pressed and drawn by the die.

Before the size of the head adhesive, use a dry cloth to wipe the side of the socket and the outside of the socket. When there is oil on the surface, wipe it with acetone. There are the following points to pay attention to:

1, control diameter: DIN standard (DN10-DN150), 3A/IDF standard (1/2"-6"), ISO standard (with diameter of 12.7-152.4);

6, connection: clamp (quick loading) type, welding type, thread (loose) type.
