The production method of elbow is divided into three kinds: hot push forming, stamping forming and medium plate welding
1. Hot push forming
Need to use the push machine, core mold and heating equipment, under the material of the tube billet set on the core mold, while pushing, while heating, while forming, this kind of fast production speed, suitable for mass production, and produced elbow, beautiful appearance, thickness is more uniform.
2, stamping forming
Cold pressing or hot pressing can be selected according to different materials. The tube blank is placed into the outer die. After the upper and lower die are combined, the tube blank moves along the gap reserved between the inner die and the outer die to complete the forming process under the push of the press.
3. Medium plate welding
Medium plate welding for the production of large elbows, first cut two medium plates, and then press them into half of the elbow profile, and then weld the two profiles together. In this way, there will be two welds in the manufactured elbow. Therefore, after production, the welding seams should be tested to meet the standards.
